Course Objectives: As the United States’ population becomes increasingly diverse, health care professionals are becoming progressively more responsible in providing care for various races, ethnicities, languages, and cultures. This in-service will help health care professionals build awareness, knowledge, and skills in acknowledgment of differences, understand their own culture, knowledge, and skills for navigating the dynamics of difference, and ethical issues in health care.
