Accreditation

Comprehensive Comparison of Accreditation Organizations (AO)

We will prepare a list of reputable AOs complete with details of their coverage area, cost, timeframe, census requirements, standards, renewal terms, and many more to make choosing the right accreditation body for your company easier.

Preparation of Requisites in Compliance with AO Standards

Our team deploys a systematic procedure that you can easily follow in preparing and updating your policy manuals and documents to comply with the existing federal or state laws and the standards of the AO.

On-Going Support for Assessment Preparation

We provide assistance during your self-assessments, professional coaching in interview expectations and AO site-visit observation requirements, advising on how to avoid common pitfalls, and regular status meetings conducted in-person or virtually.

Mock Site Visit and Correction Plans

We can deploy an unannounced or scheduled mock visit patterned to that of the AO to assess your readiness for the actual site visit. Our assessors will highlight areas of improvement and recommend corrective measures for you to apply.

Accreditation Timeframe

The consultation process can take up to six months as it is a lengthy process that begins before the AO application is completed and includes changing policies and practices and preparing paperwork for survey or self-assessment submission to the AO. During the waiting period for the site visit, we will keep in touch with you and remain available to answer any of your questions.

After the site visit, our consulting services will continue until you finally receive accreditation status. The entire process could take anywhere from six to nine months—a reasonable duration considering success factors such as full cooperation of your employees and timing of the AO’s internal accreditation processes and site visits.
